Pinnacle Floor Coverings & Home Solutions has always adhered to high ethical standards and strived to be the Tri-State area’s preeminent flooring supplier and installation company. The company’s Mission Statement encompasses four parts: Vision, Mission, Values, and Principles.

To practice my business with a high regard for standards of excellence and fairness to individuals and firms.
To advise my customers properly and truthfully in all matters related to floor covering, and not be affected by desire for unethical personal gains.
To the best of my ability, uphold the status of the floor-covering dealer and be attentive to the customer's desires and needs.
To refrain from misleading advertising of any nature, and offer only merchandise and services that are readily available.
To observe and abide by the laws and regulations governing good business practices.
To be considerate and sensitive to the effect my business may have on the community I serve.
To remember at all times that, as a floor covering dealer displaying the WFCA emblem, I am subscribing to the highest standards of professionalism in my business; and that any conduct by my firm or myself that is less than that prescribed above, would be a reflection on the industry I represent and on my fellow dealer members.

Pinnacle Floor Coverings & Home Solutions ensures consumer satisfaction with carpet as an installed product by remaining in good standing of the Carpet & Rug Institute’s “Seal of Approval” program and subscribes to the four basic principles below:

Carpet shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and in compliance with the industry standards, CRI-104 and CRI-105.
The Retailer/Seller shall ensure consumer satisfaction by providing quality installations in accordance with industry standards.
Installations shall be performed by a business entity able to demonstrate its ability to comply with the industry minimum standards.
Manufacturer warranties are conditional upon compliance with these requirements, except when defects not related to improper installations are involved.

Code of Conduct: Pinnacle Floor Coverings & Home Solutions agrees to uphold the following consumer satisfaction provisions:

1. Subscribe to CRI-104 and CRI-105 installation standards.
2. Fulfill responsibilities as defined in the four “Basic Principles of Consumer Satisfaction”.
3. Use employees who have demonstrated their understanding of CRI-104 and CRI-105 and apply that information accordingly.
4. Operate in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ordinances.
